RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, no problem, simply send it back. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days from the time it arrives on your doorstep. 

 

READY TO RETURN?

If you would like to move forward and return all or part of your order, please email us at support@kairaactive.com for instructions on how to return your product. If our polymailers were opened properly, you should be able to use reseal and reuse it to ship back your returns. You will be responsible for shipping the item back via a tracked mail carrier.

All returned products will be inspected upon arrival to our facility. Items must be unworn, unwashed and the original tags must be attached. If products are not in resalable condition, your refund will not be processed.

Refund will be made in the form of original payment within two weeks of receiving the goods back in our warehouse.

 

Defective Products:

If you feel as though the product you received was defective, please send detailed photos of the unused item and a brief explanation of the defect to support@kairaactive.com so we can look into it right away!

 

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the above steps to return the unwanted item for a full refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s).
