We will gladly exchange sizes or accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days from the time it arrives on your doorstep.
We want to provide the best online shopping experience possible and ensure that your activewear fits you perfectly! We provide FREE size exchanges. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd like to exchange your activewear for a different size. We'll provide a return label for your exchange.
Ready to return?
If you would like to move forward and return all or part of your order, please email us at email@example.com for instructions on how to return your product. If our polymailers were opened properly, you should be able to use reseal and reuse it to ship back your returns. You will be responsible for shipping the item back via a tracked mail carrier.
All returned products will be inspected upon arrival to our facility. Items must be unworn, unwashed and the original tags must be attached. If products are not in resalable condition, your refund will not be processed.
Refund will be made in the form of original payment within two weeks of receiving the goods back in our warehouse.
If you feel as though the product you received was defective, please send detailed photos of the unused item and a brief explanation of the defect to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can look into it right away!
